Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies when you purchase a recurring SIPI subscription.

Automatic renewal

By starting a subscription, you authorize SIPI and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency and price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until the subscription is canceled.

Billing and order creation

Your next billing date and delivery frequency are shown during checkout and, where available, in your customer account. A subscription order may enter processing shortly after payment is authorized.

Changes, skips, and cancellations

You may cancel, skip, or modify an eligible subscription through the customer account tools made available to you or by contacting us through our Contact page. Complete changes before the next billing date. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has been charged or entered processing.

Price, shipping, and product changes

Subscription pricing, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, product availability, or product details may change. We will provide notice when required by law. Continuing the subscription after a notified change means future renewals will be billed under the updated terms.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment, ask you to update your payment method, pause the subscription, or cancel it.

Returns and refunds

Once a subscription order has entered processing or shipped, it is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed.

Reminder and confirmation communications

We may send transactional emails about upcoming renewals, payment issues, changes, cancellations, and orders. Marketing communications are managed separately and can be unsubscribed from without canceling your subscription.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
